I set up Lime VA Services over 10 years ago, and since then I’ve supported business owners and professionals who simply don’t have the time, or headspace, to keep on top of the day-to-day admin that keeps everything moving.

My role is to take care of the tasks that slow you down, so you can focus on your core business and the work that genuinely drives growth. The aim is always the same: to make things feel lighter, clearer and more manageable.

I work with business owners who are ready to grow but don’t want the stress and overwhelm that so often comes with it. They want their admin handled properly, their time protected, and their business running smoothly behind the scenes - without having to micromanage or worry about what’s been missed. That’s exactly where I make a difference.

With over 20 years of Director-level PA and office experience, I bring a calm, organised and highly dependable level of support to every client I work with. I’m known for being diligent, trustworthy and very detail-oriented, and I genuinely care about doing things properly. I take pride in delivering consistently high-standard work that you can rely on, week in and week out.

I’m based just outside Easingwold, near York, and I support clients seamlessly from anywhere, becoming a steady, trusted part of their business regardless of location.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out in the countryside enjoying a long walk with my lovable lab. It’s the perfect balance to the structure and focus of my working day, and very much reflects how I like to work too - calm, organised and dependable.
